PPTELL 2021-Virtual Conference via ZOOM

Dear PPTELL 2021 participants,

Due to the continuing fluid COVID-19 situation in Taiwan and other parts of the world, we now have made the decision to have another fully online PPTELL conference which will be taking place 28-30 June 2021. We are confident that it will be a successful conference again thanks to the experience gained from PPTELL 2020 and your kind support and understanding.

We see holding the Conference online as an opportunity rather than a pitfall. The event will be interactive and inspiring as participants can share thoughts and ideas and interact with others by using the available multimedia tools embedded in the Zoom meeting room.

To ensure that PPTELL 2021 will be an enjoyable and valuable experience for everyone, we will seek to give the following three awards:

  1. The Best Oral Presentation Awards
  2. The Best Poster Presentation Awards
  3. The Best Participation of the Conference Awards

The evaluation of these awards will be announced shortly. All the winners will be presented with their awards at the closing ceremony on the last day of the Conference.

We encourage presenters to consider submitting manuscripts to the Journal of Educational Technology & Society for the special issue, Contextualized Multimodal Language Learning, guest-edited by Meei-Ling Liaw and Hsin-I Chen. Call for Papers of the special issue can be found here.

Further updates on the Conference will be posted on the PPTELL 2021 website and sent to participants via email.

Thank you for your patience, support, and understanding. Please stay well and safe. We very much look forward to meeting you online at PPTELL 2021!

Best wishes,
